DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS (within Australia):

< 5kg = $15.00

5kg to 10kg = $45.00

10kg to 15kg= $60.00

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS (we ship everywhere):

< 5kg = $50

5kg to 10kg = $100.00

10kg to 15kg= $120.00

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.

You must provide a contact phone number or email or we will not be able to send your parcel.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. Sensory Workshop cannot be held responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

DISPATCH POLICY

There is a 2 - 4 week wait period for any sensory boards because they are all handmade.

All other products will be dispatched within 48 hours from the time of purchase unless your purchase is made on a weekend or public holiday, in which case it will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the Sensory Workshop, in Western Australia.
